BootCamp

The course will be a highly interactive, very intense (pressure cooker-like) experience in entrepreneurial learning.

The education format will include analyses of cases, exercises and assessments on specific topics, social interaction and networking.

Experts will be involved and personal involvement of the participants is expected.

The US block, held in July 2009, focussed on introducing entrepreneurship and start-ups to (PhD) students in ag-bio and life sciences. It introduced skills and information about entrepreneurship and leveraging technologies into entrepreneurial ventures.

The Dutch block, planned from November 15-20 2009, will offer in depth understanding of business dynamics and focuses on individual development of skills, competences and expertise in the valorisation process (from idea to entrepreneurial venture).
